Listen "Am I Good Enough? (Psst. The answer is YES!!)"
Episode Synopsis
This week, a friend of mine was struggling with some personal stuff. After some chit chat, ultimately what I wanted to share with her is that 'what she was feeling was normal'.
People struggle at times in their life, but for some reason we aren't allowed to show this vulnerability? Why is that? Why are more people not talking about their struggles or being real about what's really going on?
Now if people could be more real, more vulnerable, more transparent, more authentic, then to me, this is just being a human being and should be the norm.
This feeling of not being vulnerable in front of others really hit home last week for me. I have started connecting with a group recently, and I'm really, really passionate about what they teach. So I started following them on social media, and during one of the videos, there was a call out to those who felt they were the 'champion of your own life'.
And I loved it, it resonated with me.
But you'll never guess how i reacted.
