Helen speaks very honestly about how she managed unexpectedly being out of work. To make matters worse, she was in a foreign country and had a lot of time to fill. She shares how she not only coped but went on to get an awesome job and developed side hustles. 
In this episode we learn what to do when you're out of work, how to use your time productively and how you can positively transform during a time that appears to be very negative.
