Episode Synopsis
We spent the first 2 weeks of December 2007 on the Island of Meerufenfushi in the Maldives. The island is home to a few Fruit Bats who during the day you can see visiting the various palm trees to collect fruit from them. On one such day I was able to record one of them collecting their food. I apologise in advance for the shake in the footage, this was due to having to use the full zoom of the camera and also not having the image stabiliser on the device enabled.
