Starting a new business is extremely difficult, could you imagine starting one during a pandemic. Beatrice from Bumble Bath Soap shares her journey of starting a business. She explains how she reached to her community to grow. Beatrice was able to build a sustainable relationship within her community to have a successful first year. 
Bumble Bath Soap. Meet the owners "Carl and Beatrice are a married couple living and creating in Northeast Portland. Bumble Bath Soap was created out of the pandemic. Carl and Bea worked in the restaurant industry and were laid off for most of 2020. Now Carl is back to work and Bea is running the business with Carl’s help". Their mission is "To bring you these self-care products. We created them to find joy and relaxation at a scary time in our lives and we want to bring you that joy. Also, we strongly believe in using the best ingredients we can find around Portland.
