Listen "Episode 14 - Jeff Hindman "
Episode Synopsis
Vistage members aren’t the only ones learning and growing from their time in peer groups. Some of the biggest changes happen with those leading the groups, that is, if they have the patience to stick it out. St. Louis, MO Chair, Jeff Hindman has been leading groups since 2009, and is the true definition of perseverance and determination. Starting his first group during the Great Recession was not ideal, but it didn’t stop Jeff, and both he and his members have thrived since then. Now leading four groups, Jeff says that what he’s learned from his members has made him a much better coach and leader.
