For more than 20 years, Dr. Leslie Thomas has been helping clients create assessment programs to effectively measure and evaluate professional competence. In her role at Kryterion, Dr. Thomas and her team work closely with clients to translate their business goals into a credentialing program that provides real value to their stakeholders such as increased public safety, enhanced product adoption, mitigate risk, or lower support costs.
Prior to joining Kryterion, Leslie was the Chief Psychometric Officer at Brainbench, a leading provider of IT certifications which was later acquired by SHL. She also ran a successful consulting business providing services to several well-known clients such as the U.S. Army, Microsoft, and Lehman Brothers. Leslie started her career at ACT (formerly known as American College Testing), as a research scientist where she consulted on issues related to test development, legal defensibility, and psychometrics.
