Matthew Scruggs is the new Chief Executive Officer of the North End Community Improvement Collaborative. Scruggs was named CEO of NECIC in May of 2025 and shares how excited he is for the role and to help the community. Matthew was born near Pittsburgh, and has lived all over the country in working in the hospitality industry.
