Dan is a co-founder and President of EmployShare, Inc. and has more than thirty-four years of professional HR experience. He is a graduate of Boston University School of Music (1979). He worked for four national outsourcing companies before forming EmployShare with partner Richard Caputo. Dan is responsible for business development. Mr. D’Alio is also an accomplished musician, recording artist and producer. He has performed with numerous orchestras, bands and recording artists around the nation and currently owns and manages his own professional recording studio.
