In October, Fuller's Asian American Center hosted a panel, "The State of Asian American Psychology: Invisibility, Microaggressions, and White Normativity".
In the second talk of the evening, Alvin Alvarez, PhD, co-author of the definitive textbook "Asian American Psychology: Current Perspectives", addressed the question: "Does Race Matter for Asian Americans?"
As part of his lecture, Dr. Alvarez played the short film "Vincent Who?" (2009), which can be viewed here:
