Preached on Eldership Sunday, this message draws from Ezekiel 34:1-16, 1 Timothy 3:1-11, Acts 20:28, and Hebrews 13:17, affirming God’s design for leadership in His church. Elders are shepherds, appointed by the Holy Spirit, called to care for God’s people with integrity and love. As CCC appoints and anoints four new elders, we are reminded that true leadership stands only on Christ the solid rock - all other ground is sinking sand.
