We as people of God must be properly equipped for the work of the ministry. This work of ministering to God must continue until we mature into perfection. This process of maturity takes place so that we would no longer remain children but we would become sons of our Father in heaven perfectly fit and joined to the Head - Christ Jesus.
This means that all Christians should be spiritually perfected for the work of the ministry so that God's plans and purposes are realized on this earth. This perfection(salvation) starts with the new birth where the spirit of the christian is saved. Salvation must then continue with the soul of man as the christian leaves childhood for the maturity of sonship. The salvation of the christian climaxes with the physical body of the christian being fully redeemed!
