Listen "242 - Wounds On Display"
Episode Synopsis
Lent this year has been quite a bit rougher than what I had planned on. Sometimes, living in the painful valley can be well...painful. The valleys we choose are bad enough. When we get an even tougher valley, it can be downright discouraging. Ever wonder why Jesus retains the visible wounds after His resurrection? Yes, to a certain extent, they help prove that he was actually crucified (and not some identical twin or something.) His wounds, however, a powerful tool that He uses to build the faith of His followers then, and now. Join me in this episode as I explore the idea that God can use wounds in a way that might look like incomplete healing, but instead to bring about something way way better than we ever thought was possible. I'll also tell you a bit about two adults and six kids who have a nasty strep infection.
