2020 is unprecedented territory for even the most seasoned experts, and the lasting effects of COVID-19 still remain to be seen. But nearly a year into the pandemic, there are a variety of unintended consequences that have been researched, analyzed and discussed in the media.  For instance, can you imagine eating at an all-you-can buffet restaurant in the future? Will those types of restaurants exist following the pandemic? What about handshakes? They have been a staple of American business culture for centuries. But will anyone really feel comfortable shaking hands with strangers anytime soon?
