He has held multiple hospital leadership positions and is a graduate of the Medical Society of Virginia's Claude Moore Leadership Institute. Dr. Paschold has received a variety of awards, including being invited into the Life Sciences Honors Program at North Carolina State University, and is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society.
