In these verses of John 14, we find several promises from Jesus for help to do the impossible. One of Jesus’ promises was for greater works through the Son. Pastor Lloyd expounds on these and the promises pertaining to prayer and the role of love and obedience. Jesus speaks of the advocate that is soon to come to the disciples to help them and to be with them forever. This is empowerment that comes to each one of us only because of Jesus.
