Integrative Processing Technique is the energy healing modality I use. The goal with IPT is to:Identify the faulty thinking, beliefs or coping habits through accessing old, emotionally charged experiences or traumas. Clear the beliefs and energetic blocks tied to those beliefs. Identify a new way of coping that does get you what you need using the new insights, information and adoptive strategies.
