We are still in the pilot phase. But tools are working! Our goal is to have a normalized experience that already feels familiar to a client. With no need to explain what Hive is or how it works.
We want to focus on experience first and then find the back doors to soft introduce people to Hive. We think that if guests havehad a positive experience using the tools, they will be more receptive to discorvering about Hive.
