Many coaches think what creates their safety is how much money they've made, the clients they've signed and the amount of engagements they get on their content. Yet these things can never lead to feelings of validation.
As a coach, your business needs you to meet your own needs FIRST. Your business is not responsible for validating you or making you feel good enough as a coach. You are responsible for meeting your own needs and creating security in your identity as a coach.
In this episode, I share the 4 main ways I have experienced this. From obsessing over my IG metrics and constantly checking in on my clients to checking my bank account and making the $ determine if I was doing well or not.
This is why I also share 5 ways I have created safety for myself outside of these things so you can be inspired by my examples and do the same for yourself.
Often we make our results, or lack thereof, mean something about us, and that is what creates insecurity.
I share this episode with you to invite you to uncouple your security from your business and to remember that you are safe, secure & totally okay.
