A past President of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, he brings decades of experience in both strategic decision-making and corporate accountability. In the field of corporate governance, he served on the influential UK “Cadbury Committee” and was part of the UN governance steering committee established by Secretary-General Kofi Annan. Prof. Andrew was honored with the Sunday Times Award for Non-Executive Director of the Year in the public and not-for-profit sector.
