She's written and produced television movies for all three major American networks and cable networks like Showtime, Lifetime and USA. "The Killing Yard" which she wrote and produced for Showtime, was nominated for several awards including an Edgar for “Best Written Television/Miniseries.” Bonnie received a special Silver Gavel Award from the American Bar Association, the largest professional legal organization in the world, for her “accurate portrayal of the criminal justice system.”
Bonnie’s personal essays are published in various books. She also authors a weekly Substack column, sharing her experiences in Hollywood. She's also a professional painter.
