Natalie Crowe is a WordPress Expert with 16+ years of industry experience, passionate about empowering non-techies to DIY their own WordPress websites, courses, and funnels easily with WordPress. Back in 2008, Natalie founded Natalie Crowe Designs out of sheer necessity to support herself and her newborn daughter, all while navigating the challenges of becoming a sole parent. Offering done-for-you WordPress development services, she built a thriving six-figure business and soon realised her true passion was helping others gain independence by teaching them how to create and manage their own websites. This lightbulb moment led to her transition from WordPress Developer to educator and the creation of the NCDAcademy—an online learning space for WordPress beginners.

Through her signature programme, the NCDAcademy WordPress101®, 1:1 WordPress Coaching, and her WordPress Help Membership—the WordPress Learners Lounge, Natalie now focuses on equipping non-techie entrepreneurs with the skills to build and maintain profitable websites, online courses, and funnels easily with WordPress—without the tech overwhelm. She’s helped hundreds of small business owners and WordPress beginners, primarily across the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Singapore, and of course, her home country, Australia, to navigate their WordPress journey with confidence.

A proud LGBTQI+ mum of one, Natalie lives in the beautiful Hunter Valley, NSW, just a couple of hours outside Sydney, with her wife, teenage daughter, and their five furbabies. Natalie firmly believes, “WordPress and tech don’t have to be complicated. I’m on a mission to help as many non-techies as possible create websites that work for them!”
