Jess prioritizes customized solutions for her clients because she understands that growth is most easily achieved with realistic and authentic processes. Her educational background in the Psychology of Leadership and Women's and Ethnic Studies ignited her passion for creating and sharing tools that resonate with women, since many off-the-shelf sales and business training are often designed by men and neglect the complex demands and challenges many professional women face. 

While Jess has facilitated training for large groups of 100+ attendees, including several states of the Army National Guard and growing start-ups, she finds the most inspiration in coaching first-time entrepreneurs with infinite ideas and a hunger to learn.
