This can take place by books, audiobooks, podcasts and mentors.  For the last 2 years I have been on a mission to learn from more experienced people. I prefer to listen to audio books and podcasts, I commute to work and I find listening the best way to collect knowledge and the most efficient way. The want for knowledge can use other ways like Youtube and documentaries.
