She is the co-founder and CEO of Black Wolf Group, a Queensland-based recruitment agency born out of the desire to innovate and disrupt the recruitment world and also the creator of two HR-related platforms; CoHealth Workplace Management and Placeme.com.au.

The mum of two works alongside her co-founder and husband Pete. Together, they've tripled their business within the past three years alone, while raising two children.
