Before COVID, my team was running my business pretty much. They were filling my rooms, they knew what to do to get people there. When Covid hit, I had to pivot my business because going on National tours was not possible and people were more scared than ever to invest.
I was the person who got clients by filling my workshops with 40, 50, 60 people... it was the only way I made money and in one day it was all taken away. So what did I do??
