What things do you do to keep that passion burning? Me, I make sure to at least once a year, go to retreats, be surrounded by people who get me, who have that same yearning for the betterment of the people around them, and to have that deep conversation without judgement.
I get you, it’s an investment but as they say, the best investment you can make is in yourself (and your team!).
