Today we are joined by Joe and Anne Rackley. Joe and Anne started the Collins Children's Home in 1977 out of their own home. It has since grown out of their home and into a 26 acre campus in Seneca, SC. In Part 1, Joe and Anne tell their story and how Collins Home was started.
