In this episode, I give myself a candid and impassioned reminder to actively pursue my creative writing ambitions instead of just talking about it. I admit to frequently putting off writing and making excuses, despite knowing I have the capability. I challenge myself and other writers to get serious for 6-12 months and see how much we can create when we apply real effort. This is a motivational wake-up call for me and for writers who are stalling and procrastinating on our dreams. I urge us to overcome fear, get in the arena, and do the work required to become better writers through practice. In a vulnerable appeal, I say it's time to stop being a hypocrite and finally take action on what we say is important to us.
