As you grow older you realise that their silence is a sound that speaks all to clearly to us. Inaction is an action. Indecision is a decision. No reaction is a reaction. No message is the clearest of messages. No response is the response you should take most note of. People are seldom ‘too busy’ to respond to someone they care about. They’re simply letting you know where you sit in their priorities list.
