After a hiatus, I'm back on the podcast detailing my 3-years-long health battle. It's been a journey that has included my second endometriosis surgery for stage 4 endo, a SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth) diagnosis, and what now looks like mold toxicity. Between weight gain, hair loss, insomnia, and brain fog to name a few, it's been an ordeal. I try to detail everything somewhat lightheartedly, but I wanted to share my experience and struggles to help others who might be going through it. I've been to countless doctors, had tons of bloodwork and ultrasounds, and even had a colonoscopy and endoscopy. I've done everything!
