Logan's appraisal journey started over 20 years ago when his father started his own appraisal company. Over the years Logan learned all he could from his dad as the company grew to become a large real estate appraisal firm. When it came time for college Logan decided he wanted to strive for a Masters in Commercial Real Estate and during his studies he began his first job at a major Commercial Real Estate firm, CBRE, as an brokerage intern. Logan found his work style to be not well suited for brokerage and decided to shift his interest to the appraisal side of real estate.

Today, Logan is studying to becoming a Certified General Appraisal and will share his biggest lessons from interning and being an appraiser trainee. In this episode he will go over all of the different ways an appraiser values properties, who all uses and needs appraisals, the techniques used by appraisers, and more!
