Yes,Yes,Yes, !!!!! Jaime Masters We should always be willing to help others. Because when we help others we in fact are helping ourselves. That is why when we team up with great people who are even better than us, They help us to get to their level. When we start focusing on their dreams, potential, passions, causes, and their greatest strengths (and to help them in their  it works in tandem with our dreams, potential, passions, etc.

Why can't we be doing this more often?
I believe many factors come into play when we want to do this. Here are some examples.

1) Time- Do we really make time for others?

2) The Law of the Buy-In from (John C. Maxwell, If we don't Buy-In into others we don't Buy-In into their vision and missions.

3)Selfishness-We only want to do what is best for ourselves.

4)Willingness-Are we willing to give ourselves to others to help them?

5)Team-Do we want to be on their team, Do we want them on our team.
