Casey's interest for real estate began when she wanted to make money but still be a present mom in her kids life. She used to work for public relation firm which eventually shut down, and soon after moved to memphis since her husband was relocated for work there. That is when Casey and her husband began buying rentals. Casey has a much more conservative investing style and in this episode she goes over how people can get started with real estate rentals.
