The greatest test of life is not open rebellion, but being deceived by distortion—seeing darkness as light and falsehood as truth. The only way to pass through this sword is through emunah and simcha. When we face confusion with faith and joy, rather than intellectual struggle, we cut through illusion and draw close to the Tree of Life.
