Alasdair is also a former Chair of the Federation of Piling Specialists, and Steve describes this conversation as one of the most enlightening he's ever had. Alasdair talks about the wider industry and what changes could be made to create a better working environment as a whole, but also gives advice for individuals looking to progress in their career in the construction industry.
