An avid athlete, excellent student and power lifter, she graduated from a small Iowa high school and ventured out to California, where she landed a great job as a corrections officer. While attending her gym, she met the man of her dreams, has a child, and eventually moved back home so the kids could be closer to their grandparents. Then, tragedy struck....
