Today Pastor James tells us about Jacob and Laben. Laben tried tricking Jacob out of sheep. When he found out that he had been cheated, he did not leave but made it so that he would have his own flock. Later, Jacob left with his family and Laben pursued them. He was angry and tried to get them to admit they had stolen from him. God showed up in a dream and told Laben to treat his family with respect. God was telling Jacob, “I’ve got your back!” When you struggle He does the same for you!
