When you evaluate trades this organization has made the last twenty years, and then you look at the deal new GM Bill Guerin made, this looks like someone that knows that he's doing. Instead of trading picks away to get bottom six players, or player for player trades, Guerin was able to get a current player (Galchenyuk), a very high prospect (Calen Addison) and a conditional 2020 first round pick for the established Jason Zucker.
