He is the assistant coordinator of a clinical case management program servicing individuals in the forensic population who have major psychiatric disorders. He also sees youth and adolescents privately for therapy. Shmulie graduated from Touro College with a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling; he is also a certified alcohol and substance abuse professional, receiving credentialing from the Israel Certification Board of Addiction Professionals.
