The Powerful Sword of Gods Promises

In the hand of those who believe Gods word
Is a sword forged hot with promises sure
All those who raise it high are “the stirred”
For the whole of man ti'z the only cure

The oaths of the Maker change the world
Slay giants and every wild beast
They raise up orphaned boys and girls
And silence Sirens songs to Peace

You want to make a difference? Seek those promises out!
One or two just won’t do, hunt, search and scout
Tattoo his words of honor on your skin, take the pen down deep
Veins impart them to your heart, to more than know; Believe!

To believe brings boldness, Gods sanctioned authority
Backed with strength ore every sin that threatens you and me
It's Gods same power that raised Jesus from the dead
A life unfurled to change the world believing what he said

Speaking of Jesus in 2nd Corinthians 1:20 Paul says:
For all the promises of God find their Yes in him. That is why it is through him that we utter our Amen to God for his glory.
