"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, and love and sound mind." 2 Timothy 1:7 ESVFear is not from God. Whether you are tormented by nightmares, fearful of scary movies or fear failure, fear steals our peace and leads to anxiety and terror. For all who love the Lord and put their trust in Him we do not have to fear or be afraid. As it says in Josuha 1:6 "Have I not commanded you, 'Be strong and courageous! Do not tremble or be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go." Today we study Psalm 91, Ephesians 6, and Isaiah 54. They are full of God's promises for His people.
