SELF-CONTROL

It is easy for me to maintain self-control
I know exactly what I want
I know exactly who I am
I am aware of my personal strengths
I am aware of my opportunities for improvement
I will always choose what’s best for me
I honor myself every time I make empowering decisions
I change in ways that improve my life
I activate and embody more of my potential
This is my life. I live it well because I love myself
I don’t hide, I shine
I am Spirit-embodied, I know I’m glorious
I feed my body like it belongs to Spirit
I treat my mind and heart like they belong to Spirit
I know I belong to Spirit
I am hers and She is mine
