Maluwa joined Metropolitan State University of Denver in March 2020 and is currently the Executive Director of Industry Partnerships within the Classroom to Career Hub. Maluwa is leading the team on an exciting journey to create innovative approaches to industry, higher education and community partnerships that drive economic and social mobility in Colorado. Prior to MSU Denver, Maluwa was the Vice President of Global Research, Development, and Innovation, for Molson Coors Beverage Company where she was responsible for delivering ~$1B in revenue from innovation over 4 years. Maluwa spent 21 years of her career at Kraft Foods where she lead research and development for over 25 food and beverage brands. Most noteworthy was the renovation of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese where she championed the removal of artificial colors, flavors and preservatives. Maluwa holds a BS Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida, is an inventor with 2 granted patents, and was recognized as a Manufacturing Institute STEP Ahead Honoree.
