We do have what spectrometry has shown us on the surface of asteroids and other CATNOs, (and we have the 5 ounces or so of samples recovered from the surfaces of various bodies in space). Hydroplate Theory predicts the presence of granite, olivine, and other substances found commonly on Earth.
