Nish is the founder of the Nepal Tea Collective where he combines age-old traditional tea farming, with modern branding and distribution to sell organic high-quality tea on an international scale!  His thesis of nurturing local talent and resources to attract global attention and income has changed the lives of his community forever. We dig into the business strategy and set up behind his company as well as the time he invests in meeting the needs of the communities he works closely with.
