Most companies as they grow just start to hire people + expect that their horsepower increases as they grow; turns out that’s not the case. Usually when you hire more people you actually don’t get that much more done; you actually sometimes get less done. eg. engineers, designers, etc. The reason for this is that most people are actually ammunition + what you need in your company are barrels.
