Today is the last day of Black History month in the UK. It's an event that many companies in the City have celebrated - but Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic people are still under-represented in financial services. A 2022 Race to Equality survey found that almost seven-in-ten ethnic minority workers in UK financial services felt they had experienced discrimination at work.
