I mean after all, we're all perfect beings so there's no way we could have been an fault or even contributed to a relationship that went bad. In this week's episode, we're owning some truths about ourselves. While it might be painful to admit and accept, we're holding ourselves accountable for the role we played in situations. We are identifying how we might have contributed to the negative outcomes. While recording I made the decision to admit to some uncomfortable truths about the woman I used to be. The next time you think about a relationship that failed; before pointing fingers, ask yourself "What if I was toxic?"
