Ok I had to record a minisode about this video of my father and I dancing together, which popped up on my Ipad at a very synchronistic time! There’s so much universal collaboration here, I decided to jump on for 10 minutes and tell the story.   For one, I had just been talking about my father a few hours prior on Siri Baruc Thornton’s podcast - how he’s greatly influenced my breathwork and spiritual journey, and his energetic presence in this new breathwork chapter I’ve opened.  There are some other incredible “cosmic-incidences” as I call them surrounding this video, which I talk about for 10 minutes! 
As I watched this video of us dancing away to Bob Dylan like time and space didn’t exist, all I could do was smile and feel joyous.  It was our last dance together, but we GOT a dance together.   It’s amazing how time and space allows us to feel the unconditional love and undying light surrounding grief, even though the pain will visit now and again.
