Hi, this is Anita, and this is the trailer for my new podcast, 'Black Menopause and Beyond'. Within the podcast, I aimed to look at menopause from my perspective as a woman of colour, working-class with a fuller figure. I've noticed that not only is menopause a taboo topic, but specific communities are not part of the conversation.
